Basilisk blood (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,2242.0.html) says that creature skills are stopped for six turns, obviously active skill are blocked, but it doesn't say whether passive skill are locked or not.

I asked it in the chat, and got an answer
[23:01:58]tom: Question: is basilisk blood supposed to block even passive skills for six turns?
[23:02:14] Higurashi: Yes, tom.
I saw first time when fighting t50, then tried in the trainer to exploit it, I tried vs a custom mono air AI3 and dragonflies' air skill wasn't stopped by BB.

I will provide some screenshots asap

This is because that skill is active, not passive. Even though it does not require user activation, it is considered active as it can be lobotomized. Not a bug.

Also, I believe passive skills aren't blocked, because the BB-GravityPull-Voodoo Combo apparently works when the doll is still blooded.

Not to mention Devourer's devour, which still works when they're frozen or delayed.

Or Voodoo dolls, which is the reason Shakars' Revenge is so popular

If air is considered an active skill, it should be blocked.
If I can't growth a BB'ed Lava Destroyer, my BB'ed dragonflies shouldn't be able to produce air quanta, but I have two screenshot proving that it did.

In the first screen I have 6 air quanta, 2 air tower and 2 damselflies, one of which BB'ed

If BB had stopped air production, I would have gained 3 air quanta and 1 earth quantum, but as you can see I got 4 and one, for an amount of 10 air quanta and 1 earth quanta.

"Delayed" is essentially the same thing as "Frozen," even though the two counters are kept separately in the tooltip.  Frozen Rays of Light still generate :light.

Actually that's incorrect.  I can't tell you how many times this week I have wished that they did continue to generate :light when facing Neptune.

Well, Hope should still count them, since it counts "number of light-emitting creatures," not "number of creatures which have emitted light this turn."

Which part of the second quote there isn't true?  Do "delayed" and "frozen" have different mechanics, or do frozen Rays of Light not generate :light?

Frozen creatures don't produce quanta, only delayed creatures produce quanta.
I've tested in the trainer. But Devourers don't devour quanta, if they're delayed either  either they're frozen. But I don't know for sure, if this can be bug. You can't activated the quanta producing creatures (:light :air :earth :fire) manually, they aren't be passive and they don't cost anything. This means at my conclusion, that quanta producing is a special feature, which can only stopped by freezing.

I have doubt, that this is a bug. But correct me please, if I'm wrong.
