Yeah... no. Armagios shouldn't be able to burrow. This one defies me, though.
Untargetable by Eternity. Neither deck was capable of mutants. No cards that could burrow in either deck, too.
What's wrong with this half-mole guy? I doubt he can hide with its size.

How are you sure neither deck was capable of mutants? That looks like a rainbow to me, with plenty of :entropy quanta.
Edit: Mutation status isn't there, so nevermind on that.
Edit 2: Invulnerable overrides the status? So back to the mutation suggestion.

I've seen this happen with other creatures as well in slots where a burrowed creature previously was. It seems like the game leaves behind some kind of artifact. Only seen it on the AI side.

Even if it did, then how can it have another skill? Unless it's a :earth Graboid, it shouldn't be possible.

Use of mutation can cause a burrowed creature to pop up I believe

As someone who played mutation decks a lot, I can say that Armagio came from a mutant graboid with hatch ability. An immortal/burrowed creature does not mutate again upon using hatch/deja-vu
