All Cards Mysteriously Lost :(

Hi,

I just logged on for the first time since (probably) Friday 24th and have discovered I don't have any cards left, at all!

I could, if necessary, take a screen shot of every element to show I really have no cards in any element.

I'm certain this is some kind of bug (or result of hacking), and not just a practical joke from naughty little brothers, because even my deck is empty when I load the game. If you wanted to sell all your cards, you would need to have at least 30 remaining as your deck, right?

Also my electrum remains the same. My score, my win/loss ratio and even my last arena deck's win/loss ratio remain as before, but I have lost all of my cards (except the flying weapon the Oracle was most charitably able to give me.)

This is all I know:
- Logged on about half an hour before original time of this post, using Mozilla Firefox.
- Checked Oracle before anything else (rolled a Flying Weapon, clicked get card)
- Tried to build new arena deck, but then made the discovery (only card: flying weapon).
- I've since logged on using Google Chrome, but no change. I also cleared my cache and tried again, no affect. The game had done it's Saving...Confirmed stuff whehn I recieved the Flying Weapon.

I really really hope this is an easily reperable bug! I had maybe 60+ upgrades and 14 nymphs.

While I can't prove what cards I had, I could, if neccessary, verify that my score is over 80k by PvP.

I am no stranger to the forum either. Here is a deck I posted in Feburary 2012 Help me use Shard of Patience XD and a screen shot of using a similar deck.

Unfortunately, I cannot prove that this was not done in trainer. However, I hope you'll agree it would be odd I'd forge this image all the time ago when SoP was still 'Other'

I have also posted a few other upgraded decks (though can't strictly prove I really had the cards) Jade Crusade (Upgraded), and I've participated in a few tournaments, but not an upgraded one Weekly Tournament - September 22nd - Warp Speed - Unupgraded. Here is my oldest topic on the forum. It's dated August 13th 2010. Before that I posted under the username UndeadSpider, but I haven't been able to track those down. Possibly they don't exist, because UndeadSpider was merged with this account.

Where would peoples account information be kept? Anyone know what kind of servers Zanz uses?

Theoretically, could this be caused by the server getting close to full (less likely) or a random server malfunction?

I've also been very laggy lately. Could that have given way to a glitch? Like, I somehow loaded up the game, viewed my cards, then left to the title screen before the cards all loaded properly, and it saved me as having no cards?

This would be the most logical explanation, though, you should've closed very very quickly for this to happen, did you install/delete/modifiy anything in your browser recently? (I don't know, but it might help)

Tough Loss, Hopefully this doesn't occur again. Best Wishes, and may Zanz answer you requests soon.  For Anyone else that this bug occurs to, screenshot similar to such posted above will be needed to prove legitimacy. I recommend that everyone takes screenshots of their accounts on a weekly basis (Score, Cards, Money, Arena), so recovery will be easier, if needed.

You have a point, maybe someone (not everyone!) should make a topic where we store this kind of information?

I definitely remember that the first thing I did after logging on was check the Oracle.
Then I began building a new deck and made the discovery. So I don't think there was anything that quick about it.

I recently updated flash?
I'm not tech savvy enough to make anything of that though!
