Currently, a pend costs 24 :electrum while a pillar costs 6 :electrum. They both are foundations of most decks, yet pends are not as accessible as pillars for newer players.
I suggest dropping the pend buying price to 6 :electrum, just like pillar. This way, newer players have access to stable duo.

If it's just for bazaar costs, I agree, it needs a drop.  But not to 6 :electrum , as it has more potential than a Pillar.  12 or 18 :electrum should work just as well for buying them.

I think 12 :electrum would be balanced, as pendulums have access to two elements.

And I always thought it was semi-random pricing so the possibility of a price reduction is only possible if a tier 1.5 comes out and pendulums are put in it my only question is how is the tier determined it isn't really explained
