Actually, I told the Brawlmasters that I'm willing of giving up my boss role, switching to a regular player if it is necessary. Nae's reaction was favourable, but lets call this plan B and try extending sign ups a bit.

Let's call it plan C, reducing the number of teams or roles is something I don't want to do. Plan B is an extension and mugging people and forcing them onto the forums.

At 21 signups we would have to cut two teams...and still be one person short.

We have a few various plans on how to shuffle people around and make this work, but having more people would be optimal even if we can't hit 36. Sweet spots are 22 (-2 teams), 24 (-2 roles), 29 (-1 team), 30 (-1 role), and 36 (event runs as normal). We'll mess around with things if we get any other number of applicants.

If we fall between any of those sweet spots we can just run the auction with more players than needed (for example, for 32 players, do 30 spots and 2 extra people in the auction) I'm pretty sure there will be one or another that won't be sad to be left out (Odii comes to mind )

All players be aware that andre has stepped down. Players have until tomorrow to change their favored teams if they want. After which, auction will begin. I am beginning to divide people into roles now.

Sadly one person will have to sit back and be a sub, as the consensus I'm getting is running short a team is less harmful than running short a role.

Another option would be to leave a role with 7 apps and the one that is not picked becomes a sub.

DM and Odii Odsen both showed little interest in the event while the other four did. There is no reason those four should have to risk sitting out when there are people who aren't nearly as interested. I spoke with both of them and concluded that setting Dm out as a sub was the best option.
