Deadline: Time is up!

Spoiler for Submissions:
Spoiler for Submission #1:
Horse Racing is a game about riding creatures.

There are 12 mounts, one for every element. Every mount has its specific stats, and a special action. Stats and actions will be explained later.
The winner is the one whose mount reaches first 400 metres. (Speed is measured in metres/turn).
You may sign up by posting in this topic, BUT, you should choose your mount and send all your actions to the Organizer via PM. You can send two actions per turn (or if it's specified, then you can send a different amount). You cannot choose any action twice a turn.

:lightPegasus666
:timeScarab488
:waterBlue Crawler917
(abomination gets its stats randomized each round, and those stats are unknown to the user.)

Speed is the basic stat. It is how fast the horse creature moves on average.
Resistance is the chance the mount has to be successful when sprinting (10*points%)
The higher Aggressiveness is, the more the creature will be succesful when attacking.

Actions:

Sprinting: (Determined by Resistance) Speed is doubled for 1 turn. If it fails, speed is halved for this turn.
Attack: (Determined by Aggressiveness) Choose a nearby (distance less than 9 metres) mount. The mount with a lower aggressiveness will have its speed halved this turn and the next. In case of equal agressiveness, both mounts lose.
Takeover: Choose a mount that's in front of you. If you successfully manage to take him over during this turn, halve his speed for next turn.
Charge: Your acceleration next turn will be 9.

Special Actions:

:aether Web: Halve target mount's acceleration for this turn.
:air Dive: Sprinting brings to 4x speed.
:darkness Drain: Next turn you will have your stats increased by one, and the target will have its stats decreased by one.
:death Eight-Legged: If your sprinting fails, suffer no penalty.
:earth Burrowed: Your cannot be affected by outside actions.
:entropy Unstable: Run two random special actions. This can call itself, and . (Yes, this means you could possibly have infinite actions.
:fire Rise: Attacks will leave you slowed just for 1 turn.
:gravity Force: Lower target's speed by 3 for this turn. Raise your speed by 1 for next turn.
:life Adrenaline: (Passive) Add 1 adrenaline counter. For every adrenaline counter, your sprints will bring you 1 metre farther.
:light Flash: Slow down nearby mounts (less than 6 metres). The closer they are, the more they will be slowed.
:time Flow: For every subsequent turn using Flow without being attacked, gain 1 more speed (non permanent).
:water Track: In case you fail to takeover a mount, you can have a second attempt of takeover on that mount for free next turn. (Additional Action).

Spoiler for Submission #2:
Lie to me

Post 3 lines about yourself, the community or whatever you like and people guess which is the lie and then post 3 lines.

Very simple but fun game.

Spoiler for Submission #3:
Shards the Game

The basics of this game is simple: someone sketches a tough situation and thinks up an (imaginary) shard to beat the previous situation. For example:

  • A: You're drawlocked by Mindgate vs your Nightmare topdeck.
  • B: I play Shard of Liberty and play all the Nightmared cards for free against you.
You're faced with an entire field of monstrous mutants.
  • C: I play Shard of Decimation and eliminate all your creatures. You...

Et cetera, you get the idea. One rule: Shard of Focus or other instant win Shards are not allowed. It's allowed to use the same shard name that has already been used by someone before for a different effect. The idea is to sketch a situation with a creative -not impossible- way out.

Simple and fun!
Spoiler for Submission #5:
The Deadliest Warrior
Original idea by: CENSORED   |   Developed by: CENSORED   |   Art by: Dmitry (sxc.hu user)   |   Organized by: CENSORED

Choose an army/nation/faction/regime/historical figure, etc. from the 1500s or earlier and see if your choice will be the Deadliest Warrior

1. SIGNING UP
Anyone with a forum account can sign up for this event, regardless of post count.  When you sign up, post the name of your faction (which must have actually existed in real life), along with a short-range, mid-range, long-range, and special weapons choice that goes along with your faction.  The weapons you choose must have been actually used by your faction in real life (research helps here).  Please include a 2-3 sentence "faction bio" about who your choice is, and what they're known for in history.  The maximum number of players for this game is 16. If the game is full, you will be automatically added to the substitute list, unless you choose to opt out.  The game moderator will review each faction and weapon choice after sign-ups close.  After the review phase, any faction or weapon choice that is deemed unsatisfactory must be changed.  Failure to change factions/weapons in a reasonable amount of time will result in automatic substitution.

2. HOW TO PLAY
Players will be randomly assigned into brackets.  There will be 4 main rounds and a final. Each main round will correspond to one of the four weapon types, chosen at random.  Each player has up to 250 words to describe the weapon.  Don't feel that you need to use all 250 words.  It's more about the actual details that you include than how many words you write.  Players are strongly encouraged to include the following details in their weapon description:
+Style of use (slashing, piercing, swining, blunt vs. blade, etc.)
+Damage Potential
+Weight
+Special Characteristics (What types of armor can it hit through?  Does it damage multiple enemies at the same time?  How far can it accurately hit from?)
Optionally, one picture and one video link can be used to complement the description, but these DO NOT count towards the "Strength of Description" category, which will be elaborated upon in the next section.
Aside from the 250 word weapon description, please include a brief note about what armor your faction wore, how heavy it was,  if the faction had any special training.  Please copy-paste your faction bio from the sign up post here too.  In later rounds, please copy paste this "brief note" and "faction bio" into your posts, verbatim.  That way, each player is only responsible for their weapon descriptions in later rounds.  Players will have a set amount of time (most likely 4 days) to write their information, after which another 4 day scoring phase will take place.

3. SCORING
Players advance by having their faction score higher than the faction of the opponent they are paired against.  Scoring is divided into 3-parts:
1.  30% Community Vote
Pretty self-explanatory: There will be a poll, the community votes for which player they think has the stronger faction. Score in this section = (votes earned)/(total votes) for each player.
2.  10% Strength of Description
Easy points, if you write a decent description.  This is like a "Class Participation" grade.  It is here to prevent people from writing empty, 3 word weapon descriptions.  Descriptions are NOT graded on eloquency or how well-written the posts are, but rather, if all the necessary details are included.  If they are, a perfect score is given to this section, regardless.  If not, then a fraction of the points are awarded, proportional to how many details are included.
3.  60% Data Analysis
What would The Deadliest Warrior be without data analysis?  We will use the following formula:

    Lethality = (Damage - Enemy Armor)*(Weapon Speed/Enemy Speed)*(Weapon Accuracy)

Damage, armor, weapon speed, and enemy speed are on a 1-100 scale, determined by the event moderator, decided on by the information provided by the players.  Weapon accuracy will be on a 0-1 decimal scale, and will be decided in a like fashion.  Score in this section = (your lethality points earned)/(total lethality points) for each player.

At the end of a round, the player with the highest score advances in the bracket.

4. THE FINAL ROUND
The final round will be scored in the same fashion as the first four rounds, except ALL FOUR weapons will be analyzed with a 15% weight given to each in the above formula.  No additional write-up is required for this round.  The winner will be crowned The Deadliest Warrior.

DUNGEONS OF DOZEN KEYS

Original idea by:

*STORY:
In the islands of Zargolius, located to the far west of the Windswept Shores, lies a powerful artifact of unimaginable powers, known only as the Bow of Rain. Whoever possesses that ancient weapon, it is told he holds power among all the twelve mighty elements of the universe! The weather, the seasons, the time, everything will obey to its wielder. It is also said that Zargolius himself hid that weapon centuries ago, since he was afraid that such a power may fall into the wrong hands, deep within a dungeon full of powerful monsters and even ordered a chosen few of immortal elementals under his service to guard that artifact with their life. That dungeon it is known to be hidden underneath  However, in order to enter that dungeon, someone has first to open all the  twelve elemental doors which block the entrance of that ancient, cursed place. Unfortunately, each one of those twelve keys is hidden into a respective dungeon of its element and it is guarded by its respective traps and lesser immortal elementals, making the mission of retrieving them a truly dangerous task.

*Sign Up:
Maximum amount of participants for this event is 72 (6 members in each one of the 12 teams). If the event is full, you can still sign up as a reserve player, and will get a chance to join the event if any of the 72 players doesn't show up during round 1. You can post your prefference of joining a specific team, however the organizer of the event has the final word about it.

*Getting Prepared:
Your team starts with 3000 :electrum seperated evenly among its players and with the specific starter deck of your mark.[/b]
-> Only non-upgraded, non-shard and non-ultra rare cards (Nymphs,Marks) are allowed.
-> Only cards you already own/bought in the Dungeons of Dozen Keys forum game are allowerd into your deck.
-> Your deck must ALWAYS has the mark of your team. A player who belongs in Team Death can build a deck full of Life cards (if he/she has bought them), but his/her deck can't have a mark of Life, only a mark of Death.
-> The starting deck of each player is the very same deck of the element a player chooses when he/she creates an ETG account for the first time.

Each team and its members start in the map square of the city of their element (see image above). More specificaly, Team Aether starts in Aetheria, Team Air starts in Windia, Team Darkness starts in Scotasia, Team Death starts in Necria, Team Earth starts in Titania, Team Entropy starts in Chaotia, Team Fire starts in Burnia, Team Gravity starts in Gravitonia, Team Life starts in Emeraldia, Team Light starts in Exaltia, Team Time in Chronia and Team Water starts in Hydrobia.
Each team member has a number corresponding his/her possition in the Team, ranging from 1 to 6. This number is decided in the beginning of the event and it cannot be changed.

*Playing:

Each round represents 24 hours in the game world. Each round, each participant posts what he/she wants to do; he/she can choose to do ONLY ONE of the following each round:
1) Move on the map.
2) Camp.
3) Trade cards.
4) Exchange cards.

After each action, a battle is going to occur (see below), except if you are on your starting city or Camping. The actions which are going to be executed first are the ones of those who posted first.

* Move on the map.

You can move your player horizontally or vertically on the map squares (see the map above). You can move only one sqare per round. If you start on the same square with fellow team members, you can move all together at the same direction if you wish, forging a group that way (see Battle below). As you can see, at the very beginning of the game, you already forge a group with the rest of your team members, since you start on the same square (the one of your city). However, you may want to split your team members for various strategical reasons; it is up to you.  If you end your movement on a wilderness sqaure (a square without any city on it) or a hostile city (hostile city = evry city except the one you started the event on),
a battle will occur (see below). You can't move in and out a square that is full of water, however you can enter and leave squares that are partially on water without any penalty.

* Camp.

You need to camp in order to rest. You are forced to camp at least once every 3 rounds. If you are unconsious because you were defeated on battle (see below), then you can not take any other actions than Camp. However, after you camp, you are free to take any other actions and you don't need to take another Camp action for 2 turns. When camping, a battle never occurs.

* Trade cards.

You can trade only if you are on a city. By trading, you buy and sell cards on your position. Buying cards and selling cards follows the rules of the ETG bazzar and cards cost the same. You can either buy or sell as many cards as you want and can afford. This is essential for a good deckbuilding and a good deck can save you when a battle occurs (see below). There are a few special rules about buying and selling:

1) In Aetheria, Aether cards cost 5 Electrum less each and Time cards cost 25 Electrum more. Aetheria is the only city where you can buy/sell Lobotomizers.
2} In Windia, Air cards cost 5 Electrum less each and Earth cards cost 25 Electrum more. Windia is the only city where you can buy/sell Owl Eyes.
3) In Scotasia, Darkness cards cost 5 Electrum less each and Light cards cost 25 Electrum more. Scotasia is the only city where you can buy/sell Vampire Stilletos.
4} In Necria, Death cards cost 5 Electrum less each and Life cards cost 25 Electrum more. Necria is the only city where you can buy/sell Arsenics.
5) In Titania, Earth cards cost 5 Electrum less each and Air cards cost 25 Electrum more. Titania is the only city where you can buy/sell Pulverizers.
6} In Chaotia, Entropy cards cost 5 Electrum less each and Gravity cards cost 25 Electrum more. Chaotia is the only city where you can buy/sell Discords.
7) In Burnia, Fire cards cost 5 Electrum less each and Water cards cost 25 Electrum more. Burnia is the only city where you can buy/sell Fahrenheits.
8} In Gravitonia, Gravity cards cost 5 Electrum less each and Entropy cards cost 25 Electrum more. Gravitonia is the only city where you can buy/sell Titans.
9) In Emeraldia, Life cards cost 5 Electrum less each and Death cards cost 25 Electrum more. Emeraldia is the only city where you can buy/sell Druidic Staves.
10} In Exaltia, Light cards cost 5 Electrum less each and Darkness cards cost 25 Electrum more. Exaltia is the only city where you can buy/sell Morning Stars.
11) In Chronia, Time cards cost 5 Electrum less each and Aether cards cost 25 Electrum more. Chronia is the only city where you can buy/sell Eternities.
12} In Hydrobia, Water cards cost 5 Electrum less each and Fire cards cost 25 Electrum more. Hydrobia is the only city where you can buy/sell Tridents.
13) In Stoicia, the capital of Islands of Zargolinus, all cards have the standard cost without exceptions and each player can buy/sell the rare weapon of his element and can sell (but NOT to buy) a rare weapon of another element. If you are a Fire player, for example, you can buy/sell Fahrenheits but you can't buy any Druidic Staves, however you can sell a Trident you have found somewhere...

After trading, a battle will occur, except if you are on your starting city.

* Exchange cards.

You can exchange cards only with members of your team and only if they are on the same map square with you. You can exchange any numbers of cards you wish with any number of fellow team members, however they must also use their action to exchange cards. Card exchanging is not very good if it happens very often, but it can help in dire situations. A battle doesn't occur after an exchaning action.

* Battle.

Battle are actually duels between the forum game organizer and a player, or it can even occur between two players of the event. They are executed via ETG friendly PvP option and they are always best-of-3 matches during which you can NOT change your deck.
Before a battle, the player makes his/her deck with the cards available to him/her (don't forget that a player can NOT change his/her mark but only his/her deck).
Then, the event organizer createas an unupped rareless deck to fight the player with. The deck made is up to organizer's wisdom and according to the situation, however the organizer should create worse than average decks for wilderness and city encounters and better than average decks for dungeon encounters. Organizer's decks are both unupped and rareless, unless said otherwise.
(1) If the player is on a wilderness sqaure, the organizer's deck depends on the sqaure's colors.
a] If the square is adjactent to a city or a dungeon of a specific element, then the organizer's deck must be a mono-deck of that element with 2 Other weapons and 2 Other Shields on it.
b] If it is just a fully brown square, the organizer's deck must be a trio.
c] If it is a bridge connecting two islands together, it is a duo with a single rare.

(2) If a player is on a hostile's city square, the organizer's deck is a mono-deck of that city's element, except for Stoicia, in whic case the organizer plays with a rainbow deck.

(3) If a player is in a Dungeon, follow the dungeon rules (see below).

(4) If a player enters a square of a hostile player, then a battle is going to be executed between them. The players can use any cards in their posesions, however the games are best of three and they can NOT change their decks between the matches.

* Winning and losing a battle.

If a player wins the battle versus the organizer, the player wins a random card from the organizer's deck plus 45 Electrum.
If a player loses, he/she fall unconsious and forced to take a Camp action on the next turn. Then, the player who belongs to the same group (group = players of the same team who are on the same square) has to face the organizer and defeat him/her (these games must happen before the round ends). If that player also loses, then the next player of the group must fight etc. If there are no other consious players in the same group to fight the organizer's deck, then all the players of that group die, lose half of their the electrum (but not any of their cards) they can't act by any means for 3 turns and, after those 3 turns have passed, they are ressurected on the square of their starting city.
If a player wins a player, then he must face another player of his/her opponent's group, untill all the players of one side to fall unconsious. In that case, the losing players die and follow the respective rules. In addition, one of the winner players can select to gain the mark of his/her opponents and permanently replace his/her mark with that of their opponents. This is useful in order to be able to open the door of the respective element's dungeon (see below). Furthermore, if one of the defeated players holded an Elemental Key (see below), they take the Key from him/her.

* Dungeon.

In order to enter a dungeon, you must move on its square and at least one of your group members must own the mark of that dungeon's element. Otherwise, the door of the dungeon refuses to open. However, if a dungeon's entrance is opened once, it remains open during the rest of the event, allowing players of other elements to enter it normally.
Inside the dungeon, the player has to defeat a series of 6 opponents, controlled by the organizer. If the player defeats the first opponent, then he/she can proceed into fighting the second opponent untill he/she is defeated or all of dungeon opponents are defeated. The decks of the dungeon opponents are duos with a mark of their dungeon's element and they have up to 6 rare cards. The very last (sixth) opponent of a dungeon has 6 rares and 6 upgraded cards. If the player and his/her group are defeated, they die and they follow the normal rules as posted above. However, if they manage to defeat all the dungeon opponents, one of the players gains the Elemental Key matching the dungeon's element. These keys are essential for unlocking the final dungeon of the event.
When the entrances of all the dungeons are unlocked, the water surrounding Stoicia will be removed, granting access to Stoicia for all the teams.

* Dozen Keys Dungeon.

The Dozen Keys Dungeon lies beneath Stoicia, the capital city, and it requires an action to be accessed by a player who starts his/her round on Stoicia's square. However, in order for a group of players to enter the dungeon, they must first unlock all the twelve locks of the ancient door and each one can only be opened by the Elemental Key of the respective element. In other words, a team must first aquire all the other keys before they enter the Dungeon of Dozen Keys.
Inside the dungeon, the player has to defeat a series of 8 opponents, controlled by the organizer. If the player defeats the first opponent, then he/she can proceed into fighting the second opponent untill he/she is defeated or all of dungeon opponents are defeated. The decks of the dungeon opponents can be anything from monos to rainbows with any kind of mark and they have up to 6 rare cards and 6 upgraded cards. The very last (8th) opponent of a dungeon has a fully upgraded but rareless deck. If the player and his/her group are defeated, they die and they follow the normal rules as posted above.
However, if they manage to defeat all the dungeon opponents, their team aquires the Bow of Rain and they use its power to become masters of all the Islands of Zargolin, hence winning the game!

Based on:
Winged Kuriboh
Winged Kuriboh Lv 10

It was originally triggered by death effects, but it was pointed out that with its low costs, it was easier to Fractal, as well as considering abuse with all sorts of CC, particularly in Fire and Immolation | Cremation.   So it was switched to a Sacrifice mechanic, tagging on an additional cost to screw with any Rainbow decks that would like to use it.

Intervention | Retribution will stop all forms of damage until the end of your next turn.  It does take into account your shield.  So if you have a 10 DR Hope shield, don't expect Retribution to deal much damage in return.

Intervention | Retribution does not stack.  It can be lobotomized and replaced before it is sacrificed.

Intervention will override Retribution, and vice versa.  It depends on what was activated last.

First off, I'd like to state, that yes... I know Shard of Focus already exists... but that's a very unbalanced card, or as some would put it: OP.
Second off, yes, this is taken from a yu-gi-oh card and while a lot of people may not like the game, it did have some decent cards.
The card this idea is taken from is:
Spoiler for Hidden:

Just like the yu-gi-oh card, this ability is a one-time use; similar to the ability Lycanthropy. The thought of the card is that the creature takes the permanent and uses it as a shield, taking a defensive stance. Thus the decrease to attack and the increase to health (defense).

This cards works as a decent attacker that can be used as PC. It also has synergy with Acceleration and Gravity Pull, making it a solid addition to Gravity.

NOTES:
An adaptation of the counterspell card from Magic The Gathering.
Essentially, you try to pick one of the cards your opponent will attempt to play to be countered. The enemy will not be shown which card has been picked.
Since this would be effectively random without knowing what the opponent holds, precognition will be very useful with this.
However, since you can pick the slot that the opponent will draw into, other options are available.
E.g. mindgate + silence would allow you to know exactly what the card in their bottom-most card slot will be.

Voldemort studied his hand carefully. Should he continue to torture Harry Potter, or just get it over with?

The answer came to him easily. He was sick of all this hullabaloo. He needed Harry Potter DEAD. And the sooner that happened, the sooner he could get back to torturing muggles.

He raised a spider-like hand towards one of his AKs. His creatures had already weakened his opponent, and even if Harry played that stupid Expelliarmus spell, Voldemort had enough quanta to drain Harry's, and kill him off the next turn.

Simple.

Harry watched as Voldemort played an Avada Kedavra. He didn't even have to think about what card to play in retaliation, it was natural instinct now. He knew very well Voldemort could have other AKs in his hand, though this was his best shot.

Unless you play your own Avada Kedavra A little voice inside his head whispered. He's very weak at the moment. Now is your chance!

Harry shook his head. 'I may be strong enough', he told the little voice, 'but it is poor sportsmanship to use it. I will play fairly, even if he won’t'.

Voldemort smiled a lipless smile. As he had predicted. No matter, he thought, and reached for a second AK.
However, when he ended his turn, the Avada Kedavra played as usual, but his creatures, instead of attacking Potter, turned to Voldemort.
“We’ve had enough fighting for you and your evil plans”, they growled, “Harry Potter is our real master.
Then they jumped on Voldemort and ripped him to dust.

Harry stared, dumbfounded by this turn of events. He suddenly became aware that Voldemort's ex-creatures were trying to get his attention.

"What would you like us to do master?"

Harry though about this for a minute. These were the most powerful creatures in the world, and they only switched ownership on death. However, if he died, who would get them next?

"I'm sorry", he said quietly, and brought a rock down on their heads.

After the civil war on the country of Arma, it was split into twelve districts of different elements. Each element has individual ability; they all support the country. These twelve sections are as follows: Life, Death, Time, Aether, Gravity, Air, Earth, Water, Fire, Darkness, Light, and Entropy; while these are all reigned by all-powerful and all-knowing leaders in The Otherland. Here the people are capable of much power in all elements.

“Maxine, it’ll be okay. They are just going to prick your finger, checking your element. I’ll find you, go,” was what I said to my little sister Maxine when we went into the main square of District Entropy. Today was the Gathering; she was terrified.

The Other officials checking elements pricked my tail; wrote Schrodinger’s Kat with a :entropy beside it on their papers. Species and element were the only two things the Other Officials needed to know. I knew that on the paper where Maxine would be, "Maxwell Demon and a :entropy" would be written. I’ve done this before, nothing had changed, and I only worried for Max.

Boys and girls were separated, and eventually the Purple Nymph representative for District Entropy, Paula Chaotics takes the stage, dressed in purple from head to toe. She was announcing the existence of a video straight from The Otherland, which I watched with the same boredom from years passed. Mouthing a few words to my best friend Luke, a lycanthrope, I attempt to ease the tension that had permeated my will.

Finally, Paula says, “Now, the time has come for us to select one courageous young man and woman for the honor of representing District Entropy in the 72nd Annual Elemental Games. As usual, ladies first.” Paula walks over to Pandora’s Box, sticks her hand in. She pulls out a card, unseals the paper, and steps up to the microphone, “Maxine Discourse!”

I am in complete awe. The people around Maxine start to stare and take just a step back, also leading a path for here to walk to the center aisle.

“Where are you, dear?” Paula wonders, but I barely hear her. I run out of my group into the center aisle as Max's walking to the stage.

“Max! Max!” I have her attention, but the armored guards block my way.

“I volunteer! I volunteer!” I break free from the guards, and I’m standing alone, all eyes on me. “I volunteer as sacrifice!”

I run to Max and tell her to find Mom, and Luke picks Max up and takes her back, kicking and screaming. I am led up to the stage, and give my name, but it’s all in a blur. I am in complete shock for what I did, I what will happen to me when the Game begin.

Paula announces the name Percy Antimat. He comes up to the stage; we shake hands, sealing our inevitably fatal destiny.

Yu-gi-oh

'Hecate walked around, looking up to all the major league duelers. She wanted to hit it big, but had no way of doing so. She was always walking around with her deck in her pocket because there was a chance, if only a small one, that someone would battle her. Hecate wondered how people like Yugi got so good, and she saw Yugi as a father. He was there on TV to teach her, and she took advice graciously. She hoped that one day, even if it was bound not to happen in her mind, she would face Yugi. Well, she was to find out that even a low life like her can hit it big.

She was walking on the street one day, and suddenly was stopped by a hooded figure. When he took off his hood, he was the one and the only Yugi. He shouted out his catch phrase, "Let's D-D-D-D-D-D-Duel!" He sent out his Mind flayer, but had an unlucky hand other than that. Hecate drew her infamous Ruby Dragon and finished him with a fiery passion. SHe was very surprised, and Yugi was as well. Yugi told her that she wasn't a low-life, and that she would probably be a better dueler than him one day. Thus Hecate was overjoyed, became a worldwide phenominom, and everyone wanted to duel her now. She had reached her life dream.' As I read this, I remember how I became who I am today. The newspaper did a really good job with the story, too. My deck is still in mint condition, when I stop playing I could make good money off of it. Well, that will probably never happen. On that note, I end this with a phrase I know and was taught from a friend. Let's D-D-D-D-D-D-Duel!

The mummy of ancient evil disarms the Scarab. It had fought better than the mummy had expected, but not well enough. The Scarab glances around - there is nowhere else to go.

The mummy begins speaking, slowly. "Don't make me destroy you. Join me and we can combat the forces of entropy and bring order to the elements."

The panicked Scarab pulls itself together. "I'll never join you."

With an air of awful finality, the mummy begins again. "The Druid never told you what happened to your pharaoh."

"He told me enough! He told me you killed him!"

The mummy pauses. "No, I am your pharaoh."

"No... that's not true! That's impossible!"

"Search your feelings. You know it to be true."

"No! Nooo!!"

"Together, we can destroy Anubis. His precognition has foreseen this. We will rule the elements together, as pharaoh and spawn. Come with me. It is the only way."

The Scarab, too distraught to consider the repercussions of this new information, suddenly realizes that there is indeed somewhere else to go. Somewhere, that, in its terrified denial, it did not even consider.

If only... just this once... concentrating very intensely... finally...

For the first time in its rather short life, the Scarab spreads its wings and flies, far above, away from its past.

The mummy remains on the ground, looking up, wondering if he could reverse time.

Episode V: The Vampire Strikes Back!

It is a dark :time for the Rebellion. Although the :death Star has been destroyed, Undead troops have driven the Graviton forces from their hidden base and pursued them across the galaxy.

Evading the dreaded Imperial Undeadfleet, a group of Crusaders led by Luce Lightwalker have established a new secret base on the remote ice world of Horn(ed Frog).

The evil vampire lord Vader Sader, obsessed with finding young Lightwalker, has dispatched thousands of remote probes into the far reaches of :aether...

Luce has been trained by the wise master Frogda for his epic fight with Sader. Frogda taught Luce the way of a Crusader, how to use the (Gravity) Force
and how to fight with the Longsword. Finally, when Luce was ready (well, not quite...), he left Frogda and went to fight Vader Sader. May the Frogs be with Luce...

Luce has finally managed to confront with Vader Sader, face to face.
Luce Lightwalker uses his Wise Morning Glory with a blue glow, a sword which can be endowed only by him.
Vader Sader uses a unique Wise Quintessenced Vampiric Fahrenheit with a crimson glow, a fierce weapon carried only by Sader.
Both weapons deal spell damage, so they cut through any kind of material; stone, titanium, even diamond can not stop them.
The only thing in the whole world that can counter Luce's Glory is Vader's Fahrenheit and the only thigs able to counter Sader's Fahrenheit is Luce's Glory...

The fight begins with Luce and Sader delivering blows which are parried by each other. However, Sader cuts of Luce's arm with a devastating strike.
Luce crawls on the ground without any weapon to defend himself...
Vader Sader: There is no escape. Do not make me destroy you. Luce, you may not yet realise your importance. If we only could come to discover your power.
Join me and we would complete your training. With our combining strength we will end this destructive conflict and bring order to the Elements!
Luce Lightwalker: I will never join you!
Vader Sader: If you only knew the power of the :darkness side. Frogda never told you what happened to your father.
Luce Lightwalker: He told me enough! He told me you killed him!
Vader Sader: No. I am your father!
Luce Lightwalker: No, it is not true. That is impossible!
Vader Sader: Search your feelings, you know it is true.
Luce Lightwalker: Nooooooooooooooooooooooooo!
Vader Sader: Luce, you can destroy the Emperor, he has foreseen this, it is your destiny, join me, together, we can rule all the twelve Elements of the galaxy,
as father and son! Come with me, it is the only way...

Luce decides to jump into the void instead of forging an alliance with Sader. Fortunately, the wind re-winds him through a large pipe and he is saved...

Based upon the Bridge of Death scene in Monty Python and the Hole Grail... (
)

The Crusaders three approach the Bridge of Death.
“Look! The Bridge of Death!” said Arthur_0293 the Crusader.
“Look! It’s the Elite Skeleton!” he continued “The Elite Skeleton asks each traveller five questions”
“Three questions!” interjected GalLaGhaN4I9
“Indeed, three questions. If you correctly answer the three questions, the Elite Skeleton permits you to cross onwards.”
“And if you’re incorrect?” Rob1n asked.
“You are submitted to an Eternity of eternal eternalness.”
“Who shall answer the questions five?” Arthur_0923 asked.
“Three questions!” again interjected GalLaGhaN4I9.
“Yes, indeed, the three questions.” said Arthur_0923. “How about you, Rob1n?”
“Wait, sir! What if Launcelot should go?”
“Indeed – Launcelot, you go onwards.”
“I shall slay him with my Short Sword!” he exclaimed.
“No, you need not. Simply answer his five questions.”
“THREE QUESTIONS!”
Launcelot the Crusader walked slowly towards the Elite Skeleton guarding the bridge, while the others cheered him on.
“To the False Gods I pray that Launcelot may make it” Arthur_0923 prayed.
Launcelot approached the Elite Skeleton.
“Questions three I shall ask thee if thou wishes to cross, you’ll see. Question the first: What be your name?”
“It is Launcelot! Sir Launcelot of Light!”
“What is your quest?”
“To retrieve the Golden Hourglass!”
“And what is your favorite color?”
“It is white!”
“You may pass!”  the Elite Skeleton exclaimed.
The other Crusaders, amazed at the ease Launcelot had at crossing, approached then the Bridge of Death.
“What is your name?” asked the Elite Skeleton to the first of the remaining Crusaders.
“It is Rob1n!” he responded.
“And what is your quest?”
“To retrieve the Golden Hourglass!”
“And what is Eternal Pheonix’s middle name?” asked the Elite Skeleton.
“Um…Claude?” he murmured, before being jettisoned off the bridge.
“And you next! What is your name?”
“It is GalLaGhaN4I9!” he replied.
“And what is your quest?”
“To retrieve the Golden Hourglass!”
“And what is your favorite color?”
“Black – no, wait, White!” he exclaimed, before he too was jettisoned.
“And what is your name?” asked the Elite Skeleton to the second-last Crusader.
“It is Arthur_0923!”
“And what is your quest?”
“To retrieve the Golden Hourglass”
“And what is the damage per turn of a Psion?”
“Hmm…upped or unupped?”
“Uh…I don’t know!” exclaimed the Elite Skeleton, before he too was jettisoned from the bridge.
“And now” dramatically said Arthur_0923 “We continue onward.”

Characters fighting are Uncle Scrooge vs Gladstone Gander

Uncle Scrooge's deck: instosis varial

Gladstone Gander deck: luckbow

One day Uncle Scrooge was constantly farming False gods with his Instosis modified for a slightly bettere reliability, achieving his daily goal to gather as much gold as possible, and this explains why he was using that deck...
That same day, Gladstone Gander was playing Silver arena with his luckbow, and was consistently EM-ing his opponents, due to fate eggs giving wished creatures, mutations working at their best to give champions, and Soses granting useful cards for healing, massive CC or Pc as needed...
They met at the park, where Uncle Scrooge uses to beg for a newspaper without paying for it, and suddenly decide to face their different elements views; will Uncle Scrooge survive Gladstone's luck? Will Gladstone's luck overcome Uncle Scrooge's deck?
Point is: Gladstone needs enough damage output from fate eggs and mutation, which isn't impossible to achieve, and can be treated as certain in this analisys, and some PC to unleash that damage against Scrooge's sundials...
Scrooge's sundials, yes, they need to be broken if you want your mobs to damage your opponent...Since steal refreshes sundials, Gladstone can attack only smashing them, and this can be obtained with his deck in three ways: explosion or pulverizer given by a sose, or a mutant with destroy from an improved mutation...
Gladstone doesn't smash sundials means he loses almost any match, while when he smashes them he can win almost any match, let's have these two almost any count a 90% chance, and start calculation.
Point 1 - sose and explosions: soses grant twelve non-entropy cards, etg has about 220 cards, so the chance to have at least 1 explosions is 5.32%, and we can count these matches as won.
Point 2 - pulvy from sose - same count as above, 5.32% chance of getting a pulvy, with grants the win. note: we should subtract match with both explosions and pulvy from sose, but they are quite small to be ignored (0.1%).
Point 3 - mutations: a superior mutant always has an ability out of a list of 25; useful ability is destroy, but also steal can be count as win this case, because steal spamming prevents Scrooge's multiple draws and can drive him to a lost match. with 6 improved mutations, we have a 60% to have at least one steal/destroy mutation to win the game
Point 4 - quantum denial: Instosis is very poor against massive quantum denial, which gives Gladstone another 5.32% (bh from sose, ignoring multiple good sose draws, which have very small chances)
To sum, Gladstone wins 90% of counted matches, for a total of 68.3%, and 10% of other matches, that add 2.4%, so he wins 70.7% matches, about 3 out of 4, and this explains why i would bet on him if they really fight.

Spoiler for Submission #2:
Why the Hulk Would Beat the Juggernaut

You see a green monster. Little would you know that this "monster", this "Hulk" is actually a scientist fallen victim to his own creation. Opposite of him you see a muscled man, equally as massive, with equal bulk. Both mutants, both having just one goal in mind: to fight and defeat the other. They rush towards each other in a flash of muscle and mutation: punching, kicking, and even headbutting each other, neither will stop until the other is done for. But how far can they go? They may be superhuman, but they are not inexhaustible. Who will win in this epic fight between the green monster, the Incredible Hulk, and the muscled man, the Juggernaut?

Early-on in the fight, one can see that the Hulk is having trouble even hurting the Juggernaut. The Juggernaut's armor is too well-protective, although he sacrifices the ability to counter any of the Hulk's attacks by being so well-clad. Slowly, as the Hulk dashes around the Juggernaut, throwing punches and kicks, his armor ends up getting bent, restricting his movements even more. Pretty soon, the battle becomes very one-sided: the angry, raging Hulk running around the Juggernaut, who is doing all he can to simply block the attacks, and has yet to land a punch. The Hulk's only mistakes would come from him venturing too close to the Juggernaut's reach, when he could be picked up. Although the Hulk is starting to tire due to the agility required to keep out of the Juggernaut's grasp, he is in a much better condition than he who's been forced to ward off the endless flood of attacks. Although standing solid priorly, the Juggernaut finally falters and falls to his knees, leaving the Hulk free to land any and all attacks to the Juggernaut's unprotected self. The Juggernaut falls in defeat, the Hulk stands in victory.

The Hulk is able to beat the Juggernaut due to a few simple things: his speed and power, making him able to avoid the Juggernaut while at the same time launching brutal attacks on him, and his rage, the undeniable force that almost makes him unable to give up, unable to feel any tire or anguish he may face. The Juggernaut would end up being too slow to catch up to the Hulk, and the Hulk would be able to out-manuever and out-last the Juggernaut to win the fight.

Spoiler for Submission #3:
Usually when you think of a fight between two super-powered individuals, a villain and hero come to mind. Not often do we see superheroes fighting each other, because people love a good, fight between evil and its opposite. Some may argue that all superheroes are strong, at least stronger than the villains they face (in most cases), and fights within the community of do-gooders would result in unpredictable and often harmful circumstances. Such fights may be between the all popular and highly thought of Batman versus the debatable Ozymandias. Without much thought the conclusion may be unpredictable, but with some thinking, a winner is evident.

These two individuals are excellent enemies, so should they ever fight one another, the witnesses are in for a spectacular show. Neither of them possesses otherworldly offensive powers in combat. Neither conjures flame, frost, claws, storms, the dead, and so on and on.  Batman’s one possible advantage would be the tricks he has up his sleeve. He could use a grappling hook and escape into the shadows (another advantage), any types of explosive and/or gas, a bladed weapon of some sort, or one of his many infamously dangerous vehicles. Ozymandias could match those advantages with his genius, as he is often deemed by the media as “the smartest man in the world.” Being able to predict every aspect of Batman’s moves, as well as, knowing his identity of Bruce Wayne and what’s left of his family. These two certainly would have a difficult to defeating the other, but a victory is possible.

Batman would use the cover of shadows, but Ozymandias’ attentiveness would definitely pick up on the slightest movement, giving away the bat’s position. Smoke would be Batman’s asset, and he would use it to gain the upper hand on Ozy. Ozymandias would be aware of what was going on, too slowly though, and be locked in the grasp of Batman. Batman wouldn’t kill him for morals sake, and in the moment of hesitation, Ozymandias would slip from Batman’s grasp and they would engage in hand-to-hand combat. Ozy’s knowledge of Bruce’s fighting style would allow him to predict the next move, always one step ahead of the bat. In the end, concluding a hard fought series of punches and other painful maneuvers, Ozymandias will end up quite a few steps ahead of a weakened Batman, snapping his neck like a dead tree branch. Ozymandias, “smartest man in the world” would be the victor.

In conclusion, rigorous training and a motivation for wanting to be an obstacle for your enemies versus the sole power of the greatest intelligence results in the victory of intelligence. Although looking into a fight between superheroes may seem difficult to accurately predict the winner, taking time, analyzing strengths and weaknesses, and thinking through all possible scenarios will be an excellent asset. Knowing who would win in this type of fight is nice, but Good vs. Evil is a wonderful and fulfilling conflict destined to be a triumph for good.

Spoiler for Submission #4:
Naruto Uzumaki
Naruto is a ninja from Konoha, one of the 5 great ninja cities. He has a powerful Nine-Tailed Fox sealed inside him.

His 2 main abilities are:
. Rasengan (Spiraling Sphere): The air from the top of his palm start spinning at a great speed, destroying everything it touches.
. Tajuu Kage Bunshin (Massive Shadow Clone): He summons lots of clones of himself that can fight for and with him, confusing and ass kicking the oponent. The clones dissapear once they are killed or strongly hit.

Edward Elric
Ed is an alchemist. Alchemy is the science of transmuting objects and materials into other objects.

His 2 main abilities are:
. Automail - Metal used to replace his arm and leg he lost while saving his brother.
. Because of the automail, he is able to freely transmute materials.

Naruto starts by summoning 100 shadow clones, while Ed kills them making 2-meter spikes shoot out of the floor and walls, while thinking a way to find the real Naruto. He follows Naruto and his shadows' battle patterns and is eventually able to find the real one. He lunges in and is able to severly injure Naruto.

Naruto, injured, begins to lose control of the tail-beast; his eyes turn red, a tail of energy starts showing up from his back, and he starts groaning as if it wasn’t really himself. Naruto casts the Rasengan in his right hand and jumps forward against Edward. Ed doesn’t have enough time to transmute a wall to defend himself and tries to defend his face with his automailed, right arm which gets completely destroyed. Unable transmute, Edward loses. Naruto is unable to regain control of his body and eventually is destroyed himself.

CIA DECKS ++

Right now, Elements: The Game has about 230 cards overall. This amount is awesome when playing the game and offers plenty of strategies, however they seem too limiting when you have to come with a deckbuilding challenge or to participate in one of these. There are plenty of decks posted in the "Deck Help" and "Post Deck Ideas Here" and many of them are just variations of another deck in the same section, making everyone feel like he/she has seen every kind of deck possible to be built. Unfortunately, the community is seriously entering a 'dark age' in terms of deckbuilding.

Deckbuilding is one of the most vital aspects of both the game and the forums, so how are we going to revive it to its former glory? The answer, in my humble and honest opinion, lies deep withing the Card Ideas and Art section. One of the Brawl's deckbuilding challenge was to make a deck using solely CIA cards. Despite of fullfilling a Forum Expert and not a Deckbuilding one, I decided to help our deckbuilder by taking a look into the various cards within the CIA section and I was amazed by the amount and variety of CIA cards, which can forge literally an infinite quantity of decks.

Because of the above, I think CIA cards must take a role much more vital than having just a slim chance of reaching level 4 - Reliquary and this can be achieved through more CIA deckbuilding. Why don't we create a "CIA deck image builder" tool? Why don't we have a "CIA Decks" topic in "Post Your Decks Ideas" section? Why don't we organise more CIA deckbuilding competitions, or even running CIA touranaments with the same way RNG-less PvP event of round#3 would be organised or via Emerald Tiger's CIA card testing tool?

All the above may not be an easy task to be accomplished, but it could greatly improve the community and it could also bring former players back. Furthermore, it would make CIA section more popular and its card ideas of higher quality (since they should serve as serious deckbuilding material rather than just lying there with the slim chance of reaching level 3 or 4). Thnk about it...

Spoiler for Submission #2:
DAILY CHALLENGES

New players join the Elements Forum all the time, but the number of new players, compared with the players leaving the game, is going down because they get bored after grinding for a while or after defeating the first FG for the Kong badge with a mono-aether deck.
Here is a simple way to keep new and veteran players active: Daily Challenges.

Every day, at the time the Oracle is updated, 2 new tabs appear in the Quests menu -which now only has Upgrade Cards-: Daily Challenge and Previous Challenges.
The challenge is defeating from 1 to 3 shown decks in a row with a single deck, keeping deckbuilding restrictions -or not- like the tournament ones. There can be a challenge where you must defeat a single deck with lots of deckbuilding restrictions or another one where you must defeat 3 decks in a row without any.
The decks to beat should have different strategies and be counters to different common decks, with the objective of making the player spend some time in deckbuilding, testing, being defeated and rebuilding his deck several times before being able to beat it.

Rewards: 500 electrum for the current day's challenge and 100 for previous days' incomplete challenges, costing 30 and 10 electrum to enter the current day and previous challenges -adjustable-

Community Contribution: There is a topic in the forums called Daily Challenges. There, the players propose different daily challenges: decks to beat with the challenge restrictions. There should be a couple of Challenge Organizers, who pick the suggested challenges, can modify them a bit and post them in a separated thread where Zanz (or whoever he wants to add them into the game) can quickly see the challenges he will add into the game.

Making the community bigger: When a player clicks in the Daily Challenge button or selects a previous challenge, they are shown the deck(s) to beat, the restrictions, an accept button, a cancel button and -IMPORTANT- the player who suggested the challenge with a "Make your own challenge!" button that leads to the Daily Challenges forum topic. The member's name and the button are the key: A player will be more motivated to join the forums if they feel they their own challenges can be implemented in the game.

Making the deck to enter the challenge:
Every time you update your deck, the game checks with a little label (like the save confirm) if it is valid to enter the current daily challenge.
When clicking the accept button in a previous challenge, the game tries to enter with your actual deck. If the deck doesn't fit the restrictions, a label indicating it appears.

Result of the Daily Challenges Update: Less players will leave the game.

Spoiler for Submission #3:
Community Quest

As "increase in number of members" and "improve quality of post/chat" seems to be contradicting to each other, the quest would be concentrated on improving quality of post/chat only.

First, a "Quest" board would be created in the forum. There will be 1 overseer "Quest Maker" to supervise the whole Quest thing (similar to Duel). Other than that there will be 2-4 "Quest Inspectors" to check the tasks done by participants.
There will be 3 tasks in the quest. Points are given when the task is finished. Bonus point are awarded when a certain requirement is met. These requirement changes weekly/monthly.

Task 1: Test on acronyms -> A preset test consist of 5 acronyms. Users need to correctly identify what they stands for. (bonus: A short description of those acronyms)

Task 2: CIA -> Make a card OR give feedbacks to 3 cards (bonus: make a card from specific element/type OR comment on a card of specific element/type/level)

Task 3: deck -> Make a deck OR give feedbacks to 3 decks (bonus: make/comment a deck with 2 specific cards/elements)

Upon completion of the quest, users will either get a bronze badge (for finishing the task), silver badge (for finishing some tasks with bonus) or gold badge (for finishing all tasks with bonus) under their forum profile.

Spoiler for Submission #4:
AUTOFLAG
An automated spam filtering system

Overview
We know we often have a surge of newer players sometime before Weekly Tournament. Despite never posting before, they insist on entering the Tourney, often resorting to underhanded tactics like spamming their first 30 posts. This system is here to help preventing that.

What?
Basically, Autoflag is an automated bot which reads every first 30 posts made by new members and automatically flag them as spam if so, reporting to the Moderators for them to take action. Actions are usually deletion of the spam, or if it's just a false alarm, unflagging. Autoflagged posts are hidden from public until they are handled by the Moderators.

Where?
On the forum, on every subforum except Forum Games (since many games there are one-liner and doesn't count towards post count anyway). Autoflag operates silently, so only you and the Moderators will know when your posts are flagged.

When?
Everytime you make a short or repetitive enough post to be flagged as spam.

Who?
Autoflag is in full effect to New Members (0-29) and reduced effect to Jr. Members (31-199).

Why?
Why new members? Because they are the members most likely to spam to get their first 30 posts for Tournament purposes.
Why Jr. Members? Because Trials. Also because this is the phase where people get to know you. You certainly don't want to leave a bad impression, do you?
Why no effect on older members? Well, Autoflag only flags spams, not delete them. If the Autoflag have to flag every members, the Moderator's job will be unreasonably harder. Besides, we trust older member's judgment on what is spam and what is not, and not to spam.

How?
It works by checking some criteria and collecting "Flag Point". With enough Flag Point per post, the post gets autoflagged.
You get Flag Point by:
1. Posting in very close duration can get you Flag Point.
2. Not using correct spelling. Spelling error is recorded and gains Flag Point depending on the percentage of words misspelled.
3. Posting too few words. Generally, under 15 words get you Flag Point, and less will get more points.
4. Either using no punctuation and capitalization, or overusing it. Autoflag counts the word count and calculates the normal amount of capital letters and punctuation. Significantly high or low numbers can get Flag Point. Using excess emoticons can also gain you Flag Point.
5. Repeatedly posting in the same board. While this is not a surefire way, thread hopping is easy to do in the same board. Autoflag reads high activity in only one board and give Flag Point for next posts. The longer you post in only a certain board, the higher Flag Points you get.

After calculating total Flag Point in a post, the Autoflag then triggers the autoflag if the post gains high points, or ignore it if the post is substantial enough. Jr. Members get 75% Flag Point modifier after total points are calculated. Flagged posts must wait until a Moderator approves it. Only then will it show in the board and count towards the member's post count.

Every time the Autoflag is triggered, there will be notification telling the member that their post is flagged and they must wait Moderator's approval to make it show up. This reduces confusion on whether the post is submitted or not.

Conclusion
Autoflag is the new system implemented to automatically flag posts made by newer members based on the posting time, frequency, and quality. This is done to reduce spam. If you want to spam your way to 30 posts, then think twice. With this new, accurate system, you will be caught.

Spoiler for Submission #5:
In-Game Forum Integration

As the recent "state of the forums" threads suggest, the forum needs more people in it to stick around. The most effective way to grow the community is to ensure that players know about the forums. As we get more people joining the forums, there will eventually be greater numbers of people in the community who stick around and participate in the forums.

New Home screen

When players log in, they will now load into the new Home screen, which has a more community-based feel to it than the existing Game Menu. The new Home screen will feature all the new community integration measures, while still having an easy way of accessing in-game features. There is an option to revert these changes and just load the Game Menu after logging in.

The Home screen is meant to be a gateway to the other screens, and will contain fewer details than the individual screens.

A concise list of what's on the new Home screen:
  • Forum Announcements
  • Game Announcements
  • Profile
  • Friends who are logged in
  • Forums
  • Spectate mode
  • Game Menu

Community Screen

Easy access to the forums. The Community screen displays some of the latest Forum Announcements, along with a few recently replied threads, and threads that have notifications which are turned on. Basically a mini-Forums client. Also includes a Friends Online list.

Profile Screen

Integrated with the forums, so that Profiles can only be made and modified with a valid forum account. Essentially the same as the basic Forum Profile (not the fancy Ultimate Profile). Also integrated with the Friends list on the forums.

Players have the option of linking their game and forum accounts while in the Profile Screen. When that option is activated, a PM is sent to that account's forum inbox to initiate the connection. Only players with linked game and forum accounts will be able to add Friends directly in the game client, but profile viewing is available to everyone.

A feature similar to the Buddy List on the forums will be available in-game. The client will now show the player's friends who also have linked forum accounts and display their statuses (Online, In Game, Spectating, Away, Offline); a "Cloak" (i.e. appear offline) option will also be available.

Quest Line Update

A new main quest is available in the Quests menu of the main Game Menu. The new quest involves visiting the forums by clicking on the Forums button in the Home or Community screens. Optional quests of making a forum account and linking the game account to a forum account may also be added.

Essentially, by having more integration with the forums, the sense of community in-game is increased. Also, players will be able to be introduced to the Forums when they're still in the game client. Since it's just a forum integration and not a separate community altogether, this avoids the problems of splitting the community even more than now (which is our current In-Game / Official Forum / Official Chat / Kong Forum / Kong Chat / Reddit situation).

Spoiler for Submission #6:
As of now, the "rep" function serves only to show how "good" one's posts are, but that is often ambiguous. Does this person have so much rep because they post a lot? Because they're funny? Because they make good decks? Therefore, a way to make rep more accurate and reliable would be to divide it into a few separate sections, humor, analysis, creativity, PvP/deckbuilding etc. When one wishes to give rep to a post, there would be more than one choice than just "rep". This way, it is much easier to tell at a glance who is more experienced in card designing and who is more experienced in deckbuilding, as well as who is the local joker. Posts in a specific section increase the rep of that piece only, so more posts in the humor section would give a player more humor rep, while a player who spends all the time in the card idea sections would likely have lots of creativity and analysis rep.

Certain tasks we think images can be included in order to make a point. In the future, we will make sure to let people know which ones we will or will not allow pictures for. This goes for decks with text as well. I think "nice" formatting is just a way of constructing your posts, but I will talk with UT and/or whoever is Brawlmaster next time to see their thoughts. Deckbuilding rounds voters are already supposed to vote based on theme and funcionality (except when stated otherwise).

It's up to the judges, but I think the "point" here is that it's a rework of another already-existent card. Granted, I can also see the disadvantage to the other entrants.

Then it should be removed. Barring that, don't vote for it.

The art in CD#5 is not a new art, it is just MTG Lord of The Pit original card's art. I seriously don't find where is the problem here.
EDIT: By the way, BOSS #5 is very interesting, but its results are unfortunately already known. The winner is the one who picks Spartans first! :P
Spoiler for Spartan>Ninja:

Spoiler for Spartan>Samurai:

(sorry for vid's bad quality...)

The point is that it stated in rules that it's not allowed.
Besides, it's copyright infringement.

Unfortunately, Card Designer #5 did submit an illegal entry. Therefore, no votes for this entry will be counted and that team will receive 0 points for the submission. If this is your entry, please PM me and/or Naesala if you have anything to say about it. Otherwise, let's leave this thread on topic. Thanks.
