Got any good ones? The weirdest one I've read is probably Uzumaki (http://read.mangashare.com/Uzumaki/chapter-001/page001.html). Interesting story, and very, very bizarre. Highly recommended.
I got this idea as light_sefi linked this comic (http://comic.naver.com/webtoon/detail.nhn?titleId=350217&no=31&weekday=thu) in chat. It's been many years since something freaked me out, but this did its job. Don't read it if you have heart problems.

Hmm...idk about Horror, but some good Thriller/Suspense/Gore mangas that I've read and can remember are King of Thorn, Bio-Meat: Nectar, and Alive: The Final Evolution.

The entire time I read a chapter in this story I found myself asking what the actual **** at the very end.
As a side note, it stopped loading a few pages in for me as well so I had to open it up on a different site. It also took me a while to realize that it wasn't read from right to left :>
Very, very bizarre indeed. I expect my dreams to be filled with weird crap this evening.

there was one manga that i never finished for unknown reasons called cradle of monsters and it was pretty intresting. The atmosphere in it is easy to read and sometimes you can tell whats gonna happen and then other times its like what? overall from what i feed it was pretty good infact i might go back and start reading it again.

Im not one for horror/thriller or especially gore, but Gods did I love King of Thorn. My only regret is how short it is. Of course, I think its in part I have a crush on the female lead.
The only thing I can think of to suggest is Pet Shop of horrors was pretty good of the 4 issues I managed to read (all my library had, and to lazy to look up the rest)
