I really suprised this deck hasn't been posted yet.  I did a brief wiki walk but I counld'nt find a version .
 Its basically f**k you dim shields, which seem to be every where at the moment.
 Is hard countered by reflective sheilds and soft countered by fire+ life  shields. 
Sancturary is to stop denial decks messing with your hand, then spam morning glorys and SoW

I have seen this strategy so many times in the forums... Please make a little search of the basic cards to see if it was already posted and we don't have double threads.
