Have you tested it?  Looks maybe deceiving, young one. You could always sub out an obsidian tower for another pest or something.

Did I test this? No. Did you? I have played the standard version of pestal and found it to be inconsistent at best, and that was without trying to wedge burrow and sop into the mix. My post count may be low but I am far from a noob, and it is my opinion that this deck would have a very low success rate. Even with a perfect draw there are too many hard counters, so you're only gonna win half of your good draws and none of the bad ones.

I always test decks before posting them... no exceptions. In all of my tests, I got a devourer out pretty soon, then I usually fractalled it soon after. ItzSean may not have tested this exact deck, but he definitely tested decks very closely related to it.

Have you ever been in need of Steal? If not, you could replace it with another Devourer for more stability.

Yes but our idea was to use the steal just before un-burrowing so that there was no interference.

Also, @redeyes, cubbies is right. I didn't test this specific rendition of the deck, but my version was close to this; I swapped the siphons for more pests, but in some cases, the extra hp and occasional cc helps.
