true, it keeps me from getting alot of Em's, but after SoSa is down, you're already healed for 2 turns, so getting killed in the final turn by poison dammage is unlikely.

I think the biggest weakness is the bad draws.

Just discovered that Seraph's divine shield ability messes with quint, apart from that good deck

SoFr will be a problem too when played with  creatures, they will be less targetable and so less quintable

I've seen decks similar to this, but not a whole thread devoted purely to this tactic. I like it quite a lot, and your stats do show that it is pretty powerful. As for name, how about something like "Reflect on the sacrifices"?
