Strategy
First wait until you have enough pillars and entropy quanta and use the quicksand and shards to stall. Play a discord against non-rainbows. Then play the dissipation shield once you've lost a bit of health. Against decks with permanent control, save your shield until you can protect it. Then play your dragons once you are low on cards.

Strengths
  • Rush decks without growers, you'll generate quanta faster than your opponents deal damage
  • Too much creature control early on
  • Too much permanent control late in the game
  • Non-Rainbows if you get a discord at any time
Weaknesses
  • Stalls with bolts, growers, or firefly queens that can do more than 100 damage in a turn if the controls don't stop them
  • If the opponent has momentum, you must get the dragons out quickly or die
  • Eternity can only be countered by denying the necessary pillars
  • Creature control: enough in larger decks at the end to counter 4 dragons played at the same time
  • Can't beat pillarless decks

This deck combines quantum denial with the shield that opponents will need their quantum to get through. It may work unupped with pendulums to power the earthquakes. This deck works decently well against pvp and top50 and any comments on how to improve it are welcome.
