Game doesn't save

Noticed it before too, but now that I have actually lost 960 to this I felt appropriate to report this. If it's common knowledge already, I apologise.

Since the last game patch (1.324), or at least I didn't notice this before that, the game doesn't save when returning to the menu from the Arena screen or from a game. This results in lost progress if the player doesn't catch it. The game saves normally from deck/bazaar to menu and at the beginning of every game.

I think it's already known. When Arena was new, I won a SoV and I was too lazy to go to the main manu. On the next day I noticed that and talked to some ppl in chat. At least I didn't lose too much  .

Shantu is mentioning a different problem than yours. He is GOING to the main menu, but the game isn't triggering the 'save game' part of the code. I think I noticed this too, but just thought I missed the 'saving' graphic. When I opened up my deck and went back to the main menu it saved, so I figured there was no problem with the game.

Anyone else notice this problem (or now notice it since it's been mentioned and wonder what you didn't know you lost?)..

Not a bug I think. How did you lost the electrum? They should be saved as soon as you finish a match and go back to the arena screen.

That's what he's saying, it DIDN'T save when he finished the match... If it doesn't save and the game is closed, you'll lose the earned electrum.

I thought Shantu said the saving process between arena screen -> main menu is removed, which is new in 1.324. I just played a few Arena games and they all saved once the match is finished.

Is it any game, or just games versus the Arena?
If it's the latter, then it's never saved unless you go back to the main menu.

Although the Arena -> Main Menu problem of not saving would definitely be a new one.

I've noticed that after I fight a False God, if I lose, it doesn't save, and when I go from Arena > Main Menu, it doesn't save. In each of those cases, I open either the deck builder or bazaar, then back to the main menu, then it saves.

When you enter the FG match it saves as if you lost (it counts as a loss if you close your browser, etc.), so if you do lose it doesn't need to save again.

The only time i've had problems with the game saving is if my internet cord gets unplugged, then it just says error,progress lost. Could this be happening to you? Ive lost 3 fgs kills due to it, but nothing else.

I am seeing this too with games in the arena.  When I go back to the main menu it is NOT saving unless I go to the bazaar or my deck and then back to main menu.

Yup, new.  Started sometime late last night for me.

That makes sense and explains why it doesn't save after losing a game. I just tested it and it saves properly after a won game (wasn't very thorough originally, I admit).

I meant going from the Arena screen (no games played whatsoever) to the main menu. If, for example, you cashed in your arena deck (like I did this morning) and then returned to the main menu, then quit you would lose all that electrum because it is not saved to your account but it is lost from your arena 'bank'. It also doesn't save after arena games, but that happened previously too and was fixed by returning to the menu.
