I'm not sure if this is a general bug or exclusive to the AI, but I'm just testing out my Arena deck and I wasn't paying a huge amount of attention. I ate the AI's Phoenix, then the Ash.  It's only then that I noticed that the AI had 4 Shards of Freedom out and I shouldn't have been able to eat the Phoenixes, as they're airborne.

I've just tried again, and this time the AI has 6 Shards of Freedom.

Airborne creatures should be untouchable.

Evasion is airborne :air creatures (not Blue Nymph) only (hence "if :air" at end of card text)

The wording and balance on/of SouFflé is the worst.
