Interesting idea =D.  When would its attack and health change in relation to turns?

ideally right before the attack, I wasnt sure how to word it for that though.

I also suggest the initial health be 1, cuz it'll die instantly otherwise.

If it changes health right before the attack then it wouldnt die instantly, it would work similarly to spark.

So this would basically go unaffected by poison? Also is its ability passive?

Good one. It heals, it resist a little poison, but can be very vulnerable or very strong. Very entropic!
One question: Attack and HP are generated indipendently or they're the same number each turn?
