What happens if you try to steal a permanent with a bubble?
The card could be a permanent that for x water quanta created a bubble in the target permanent, what do you think? x might be 3...

It probably just destroys the bubble, making you have to use steal twice.

Now i realized that 6 of this card would be very powerful

Could be used in a stall deck, but it doesn't prevent KO from the opponent
And remember has only 1 permanent, you should mix in a duo to have some advantage.

I think antlantas' protection should target 2 permanents. That way you can pay an extra 3 quantum compared to enchant artifact to protect your permanents. Also youd have to draw only 1 atlantas to get the same effect
