ART: IDEA: NOTES: Effect is cumulative. It isn't a total permanent protection: For example, you have two 2 deflagrations and want to destroy a permanent, use first to destroy a bubble, second to destroy the permanent. You don't need to play second deflag on the same turn, bubble can't regenerate itself. Bubble negate first card or skill which target a permanent, then it can be affected by any PC cards. SERIES:

Although, if it's in the underwater series, shouldn't it buff with Flooding?

I mean, it's just anti-PC and a quantum generator.

Protect all your permanents, not itself only.

The first one is pretty good, but I think that if you take out the 'bubble' part, you can add in a bit where 'When Flooded, protection is infinite.'

Because we don't really need to have the bubble part told to us; we can infer it ourselves, desu.

It'd be kinda similar to a cloak, I like the idea, altho I think if it's going to be permanent(until destroyed ofc), it should cost a tiny bit more, as cloak costs 4 and lasts only 3 turns(but ye it does more than protecting your permanents)

Infinite protection seems really OP, maybe could be increased by 1.

It seems the first one would be more appropriate as a spell (although the name and picture would need to be changed for it to make sense).  As a permanent, If someone were to destroy it, what would happen?

maybe you can give, as a spell, a one-shot shield on each of your creatures, 2 if drowned
