I think with the AI buff and SoX nerf in 1.293 this deck doesn't work quite as well.  Just tried it on Akebono to see how it changed and I lost pretty soundly.

i do not claim credit for this deck, it is based on a deck i saw on the wiki.
the sundial has to be upgraded, otherwise time quanta is needed
use sundial to go through your deck fast, and save one so he cant use his chimera as a 1hit wonder when you are in the yellow.

I won on an Oracle spin with the deck for Rainbow listed here:

It was pretty straight forward, just let the creatures get a nice attack rating and then AM/LS it. Favor using AM if no LS in your hand in order to prevent an early death.

akebono uses shard of focus now.
if you get enough  :darkness quanta, you can liquid shadow them.
You might want to use more pendulums..
be quick- time is quanta.

Akebono with PC still isn't a threat against liquid antimatter.

I mostly use the liquid/antimatter against this one and it appears that it worked quite well for an unupped one

I've had a lot of trouble with Akebono in the past. How do you usually overcome his overdrive + chimera combo?

Some good ways to counter overdrive are rewind, sundials, or SoSac

Or sticking LS after Antimatter.
