After using Bucky's Hourglass 1 and Only FG deck, I got a taste for beating up Akebono with his own creatures, so I gave this deck a whirl.  It is less consistent than the Nymph's Tears deck with no realistic chance for an EM, but it is a fun, rareless alternative; I like to hear the big creatures go "thump".

Once I started keeping track, it went 10-5 in the trainer with the losses coming from one bad draw on my part (just 1 pillar), Akebono not playing an Overdrive thrice, and once Akebono playing his Overdrive late enough that Titan and Chimera sealed my fate.

Tips:
The lack of healing means an early Titan or sudden Chimera will keep the game short, so do not plan on ye olde Dim Shield stall; start them fairly early.
Do not leave a creature with Overdrive on the board for long even when hiding behind a Dim Shield.  My first experiment was with Basilisk Blood, and there were way too many "thumps" from Chimera.  He could also surprise you with an Unstoppable.  It is best not to risk it.
You may have to bounce an Armagio if his skill has been activated and you need damage quickly.  It takes two turns to play and activate an Armagio and two turns to build up the quantum to Reverse Time.  Serendipitous!

I think that is enough rambling from me.  Critiques and suggestions are welcome, and happy hunting.

I tried this today and found that it was much more reliable and much more quick then the Nymph's Tears versions. You need alot less quanta to get your combo going.

Was an easy win, and it should work unupgraded.
i feel like the quanta distribution is off the whack or maybe thats just me
in any case, twice i dont have enough entropy to play out all my AMs = gg to me
trying it with half pends, half towers instead (you dont need darkness quanta as much as entropy and it dont matter if you cant start the combo right away, but being alive a little longer helps)

Duh! OP's deck didn't include mark change, so I didn't have water quanta and lost. Burned 1000 gold to create that deck too.

Well today I was able to play 3rd turn Dusk, but it didn't block anything and I lost 3 turns after that :(

Just switch the mark to entropy and pendies to darkness & it works fine and more reliably.  I've EM'd 3 times in a row now with this deck.  Thanks Jappert!

Grr ... I had the same idea and built the exact same deck. I was just about to post it here ..

Anyway, yes, I think this is more reliable than the nymph deck, but very little EM chance.

right, so we got lots of decks that work

here is another one, I don't have the deck code, but RoL/hope (with only RoLs upped) does work around 85% of the time, usually, losses come from an untimely chimera, if you can, add in SoG)

Yeah, thanks for the improvements Kirch. I personally haven't lost with that deck yet but I agree a lack of entropy quanta early in the game could give trouble. Still a 100% winpercentage for me after 10+ matches.

This new deck is definitely more reliable.  It even works only partially upgraded. I just beat Akebono easily with whatever upped cards I happened to own. It needed more Dark quanta unupped, so I switched 3 Pends to Pillars. Here's my "Almost Unupped" version.
