i think this will be good in mono-air AI3 farmer...
it costs a lot, but if it's mono, it's actually not that high cost
also good for FG, against ones with miracle, get a OHKO

There was a community based idea that gives the dive ability to a single airborne creature.
Wouldn't have been better to play with the single creature version before adding such a powerful card into the game?

IDK which is better to try first
a one use mass Dive
or
a multi use single target Dive.
Either way it looks like we are seeing the one use Dive first.

If Chimera is airbourne, could a chimera+blitz combo work?

Amazingly Chimera is not airborne.

What you do is blitz then chimera, so the boost remains.

Zanz has commented on this philosophy before. To paraphrase, regarding balance issues it is generally easier (and better) to introduce a card that is a bit too strong than one that is not strong enough. Most of the time, there will be a specific fix that will render the "OP" card more balanced (cost nerf, stat changes, etc.), whereas a weak card is generally more open-ended regarding improvement.

Although a much simpler explanation is that if you make a powerful card, a lot of people will be ranting OP OP OP!!! And some might get good ideas on how to nerf it in the process.
If you make an underpowered card, you don't see dozens of people ranting 'BUFF THIS CARD, OR I'LL STOP PLAYING ELEMENTS' etc. so the inflow of ideas will also be proportionally lower.
May the force of the D4HK side be with U ^_^

Well, i would simply add in a big heap of mediocre (as in medium powered) cards, rather than introducing game breaking stuff every iteration.
Even those medium strength cards might have unforeseeable combos. But in that case, it is more fair to newbies, since there will be some time to experiment with them and they won't be so much wanted by 'rich' players.

Well, the general idea is, once every card breaks the game, once every element is OP, the game is balanced and you can STILL have a bunch of fun playing with awesome cards rather then mediocre ones.

So instead of nerfing all the OP cards, Zanz is going to introduce alternatives to keep elemental balance.

He has already commented on introducing alternatives for fractal.
