A cheap drop, that cuts down attacks decently. Not as high of a chance as dusk shield, but a lot easier to get out.

A basic defence that can be used in just about any deck.

I always see people saying fog shield is a ripoff of dusk mantle, even though they were both there at the beginning of the game.
Besides, fog shield is 80% of the miss rate and 33% of the cost. It's better.

I personally would rather have seen the upgrade increase the miss chance, but, you know, the reduced cost is good too. There's just an awful lot of air cards that do EXACTLY the same thing when you upgrade them. I want more variety! XD

Not sure if this has been brought up already but it also blocks weapons.

So either the text is wrong or the weapon should be hitting 100% of the time.

Same wording here (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,2190.0.html). We just gotta live with it. I'm honestly fine with the hax shield being even more so.
