So should Heal also get credit by other games? I think not :P There is no telling there is connection unless Zanz says so himself. And I wouldn't doubt it if there wasn't any connection. Silence fits the card name well for what it does.

Hmm.  Aether is the "opposite" element of Time.  Time is required to make sound.  Therefore, Phase Dragons are silent assassins.  We can rationalize everything! ;)

In trainer Silence also prevents creature abilities from being activated until the effect expires.  I'm not sure if this is intended or not.
