It's pretty ok to run a few of these in a mono-aether deck as to counteract the shield that stops creatures with 5+ hp, like the aether dragons have.dont you think phase spider/recluse is more worth it
Yeah, I don't prefer Immortals, either. I think they should be given a buff.I´m with you icy. As it really was "immortal" this price-damage-ratio might have been ok, but as fire buckler, turtle shield, permafrost shield and spine carpace affect immortalized (or immortal ore quinted or whatever) creatures it should be given much more power. Call me radical in this point, but i´d rather buff both, cost and damage (5 :aether / 5 dmg; 6 :aether 6 dmg), because playing this card as it is now could be called stupid or whatever.
Wait... they already were given a buff. I think I have to update these images ;)
Still, they're very weak. 6 :aether for 4 damage? 7 :aether for 5? I think their costs should be decreased to 5/6 :aether or their attacks should be increased to 5/6 damage.
The buff it needs is:Don't think we should buff its Health, at least not above a Grav shield would stop (Well, its petty sad.)
-2/-3 cost
+1/+2 Health
-15? cost in Bazaar
The cost is enormous next to those little attack points.
The cost is reasonable becouse it's imortal gives him lots of advantages :P
I third this. It is balanced as it is. Untargettable already makes huges advantage. The cost is enormous next to those little attack points.
If you think though, this cost is rather fair, Methinks. Compare Immortal to others. 6 :aether for 4 attack. Horned frog + Quint? 2 :life + 4 :aether and 3 attack. Don't forget this also needs two elements AND 2 cards.
Not comparing Upped because I'm not too familiar with Upped cards.
